NURULHUDA BINTI ABD KADIR

Nurulhuda is the senior partner of Roger Tan & Nurul. Before the inception of Roger Tan & Nurul, she joined Nik Saghir & Ismail, Johor Bahru as a legal assistant in July 1995. She was a partner of Nik Saghir & Ismail between 2004-2009.

Nurulhuda has many years of experience in advising various governmental and statutory bodies in Johor on various matters relating privatisation and joint venture agreements.  She also acts for various property developers and financial institutions.

She is currently a Company Secretary of Syarikat Air Johor Sdn. Bhd. and Permodalan Darul Ta’zim Sdn. Bhd. which are currently owned wholly by the Johor State Government. Between 1996-1997, she was also the Company Secretary of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd., an investment company also wholly owned by the Johor State Government.

• Bachelor of Laws (Hons), International Islamic University Malaysia.
• Advocate & Solicitor, High Court Malaya.
